Fringey's Top Five Guilty Pleasures

This is your chance to delve into the depraved depths of Fringey's mind and throw your hands up in horror as we reveal some of our shocking secret loves...

LUCE FRINGEY's Confessions:

Mariah's Carey's new single 'Get Your Number' - I can't even begin to tell you how much I dislike this women (did you see her at Live8-bleuuuurggh) yet this tune gets my booty shaking. And you should never ignore the booty- never.

Dude Where's My Car - It makes me laugh till I cry; it's the bit at the drive through that really gets me..."And then" ha ha ha ha. Oh oh and also they wear bubble wrap suits! I actualy bought this on DVD (in my defense it was only 4 quid).

Britney Spears - look me in the eyes and tell me there isn't a little bit of you doesn't love Hit Me Baby One More Time, or Crazy, or Boys, or Slave 4 U or Lucky or Toxic...I should stop now shouldn't I...

Robbie Williams - he's a twat, I quite like some of his new single...and some of his older ones. He's a twat, I quite fancy him. I mentioned this to my mum once and she actually said she'd disown me if I ever go out with him... ummm yes mum because that situation's actually an possibilty!

Sniffing Marker Pens - well what else's a girl to do for a quick pick me up at work?

JO FRINGEY'S Confessions:

A-Ha – Take on Me. - I think it must have been imprinted on me at a very early age and I’ve never been able to shake it. It’s still my favourite track of all time.

Dirty Dancing. - It made me go weak at the knees the first time I watched it. (so I guess by default I have to admit that at one point in my life I thought Swayze was an acceptable shag.) Total wish fulfilment.

Hot chocolate and the Antiques Roadshow on a Sunday evening. If I can manage not to even have got dressed by then, even better.

Travis - they sing lovely sweet songs and Fran has twinkly eyes and little dimples and when I saw them at the Meanfiddler in 2004 they were LOVIN it! None of the usual, we're too big for this tiny stage!

Heat magazine - its trashy and low. And I've got a subscription.

Fringey top 5 front men*

Yeah, yeah,Fringey knows "there's no 'I' in team" but let's face it we all fall for the leader of the pack at some point so here are our current favourite front men

*Damon Albarn - Blur - All cherry Doc Martins and piercing blue eyes, leaping off 10ft amps and swinging from the lighting rig, the man was a punkmodgod. We are talking the mid 90's Damo by the way not the one last seen in Heat magazine licking the pavement and chewing a twig.

*Eddie Argos - Art Brut - a self aware, self depreciating charmer!

*Ricky Wilson - Kaiser Chiefs - he takes all the stage antics of Albarn and overlays it with a comedy persona, yes he's on a stage, but he acts like your mate down the pub. And he really wants us to have a great time as well.

*Jarvis Cocker - Pulp - the ultimate in geek chic, he made it cool to dress like your grandparents and be a bit weedy. NB - boys who aren't in bands are NOT able to get away with doing this.

*Johnny Cooke - Dogs - (obsess much?) a snarling, spitting, sweating little punk pup this man's all broken hearts and the bitter taste of Stella.

(*those that we've actually seen in action - so this list excludes yer Jaggers and yer Strummers etc)
